Do you want to get those longs down? - Nowadays not only women want to be "flat" of the abdomen or some parts of the body. Usually my students tell me: "To burn fat I have to do a lot of repetitions and I do not really have any weight". Many times this theory is applied in various gymnasiums, being able to have results or not.
In my opinion, the routine to be applied should not be so rigid and the principle that should be applied is a series of repetitions that can create a muscle effort and an adequate weight that produces intensity in the muscle.


Our muscles are accustomed to doing different types of movements with different types of weight and effort. When loading a box with objects to move it from one room to another one feels a kind of pain and discomfort for many people. This is because this exercise is unusual for the body. The next day an unusual pain remains in the back and one remembers "well yesterday I ordered my room and keep a box with objects". After ordering the room a number of times, the pain or discomfort in the back when loading that box of objects will disappear.

The same should apply to an exercise routine. The routine to be successful must carry: enough weight to create intensity, repetitions necessary to create an effort in the muscle and variety. If a person engages in the same routine for months, this will eventually lose effectiveness.

Not everything is cardiovascular exercise. In order to have the ideal body that you want, you must mix cardiovascular exercise with dumbbell or free weight. The use of dumbbells has its effectiveness in that it attacks specific areas of the body and burns fat in that area, while cardiovascular exercise only raises the temperature of your body.

Remember that for you to see results you must be consistent, do it every day with the factors that we have already exposed and above all, take a diet since a good body is 30% exercise and 70% diet.
